To maintain the freshest Kolossal Kookies possible, we recommend that you follow these cookie care and storage instructions:

• Freeze cookies upon arrival unless they’ll be consumed within 48 hours.
• Do NOT put Kolossal Kookies in a refrigerator. This will dry out the cookies faster than keeping at room temperature.
• Freeze any unused cookies in a freezer bag and close the bag tightly with a twist tie or zip lock.
• To defrost the cookies, please leave them out at room temperature for approximately two hours. They will be just like fresh out-of-the-oven.
• The cookies can be frozen once and refrozen once before they start to lose their moistness.
• Cookies placed in sealed containers or bakery cases maintain their freshness when stored at room temperature.
• When thawing cookies place a piece of white bread in the container or case to absorb humidity and help optimize freshness.
• Wrapping the cookies in Saran Wrap or cellophane may help to slightly increase shelf life.

Kolossal Kookies have a shelf life of 7 to 8 days at room temperature however will be outside their “Best” condition per the Best Before List below (AT AMBIENT TEMPERATURE):
